The basic overview is you are rebuilding the light housing to a) have a clear plastic top (if you can find clear tea lights, just use those), b) be a customizable size, and c) have room for the EL wire.

First, take your tea light and a knife and pry the base loose from the top - it is a tight fit but once you get a little leverage, it comes off fairly easily.

Paint the base black. Drill a hole large enough to run your EL wire through where you are just drilling though plastic. Make sure you don't drill through the battery!

Take your copper sheet and cut a 1/2'' strip long enough to wrap around the inner ledge of the tea light base. Paint the copper black and shape it to fit on the inner ledge - I did not glue mine as the cap is a little large and the bottom is a little small, the pressure keeps the copper and the cap in place. Take your clear top and sharpie a line around the edge of where the mirror lays when placed in the center. Fill in. Glue the mirror into the center.

Run your EL wire up into the housing and loop it around the outside edge. Put the cap on, turn on the LED light, plug in your EL wire, and place into the hole in your ISAC.

Note: drill out a hole wide enough to fit your wire into your ISAC build so you can run the battery wires underneath.

You shouldn't attach the light housing - the plasti dip will help keep it from falling out. If you are worried about it, attach with tape so you can get to the battery switches.
