A. Improper use of authority. This includes (but is not limited to):
1. Excessive Spanners (throwing other people into a "grand scheme")
when the person that you are spanning has indicated that they do not care
for such.
2. Deletion of posts permanent deletion of an IC post written by
a player (other than yourself) must have Kethryns approval. Other
deletions are permitted if they are OOC and are offensive and/or spam
3. Attempted coups strangely and unfortunately -- this had
to be included
B. God modding - this will be allowed only under strict guidelines and with
Kethryns approval
C. Abuse of members -
1. Swearing - swearing at a member under any circumstances is strictly
prohibited.
2. Insulting members
i. Do not tell members that they are stupid/bad posters/etc (no negative
comments).
ii. Refrain from telling members how to post but if you must, use the
phrase "in my opinion" or "I feel like."
D. Bashing of the old staff is strictly prohibited.
A. All punishments will be decided as quickly as Kethryn can be contacted
and given time to reach a decision. If she is expected to be gone for an extended
period she will hand such decision making over to another staffer.
B. Opinions on violations from all staff members are encouraged. The final
decision made on violations will be Kethryns, or in her absence, her
temporary replacement
C. If staff needs to make a judgment on a non staff member, then they must
have a majority consenting vote of at least three staff members to enact punishment
and only if Kethryn is not there to sit judgment.
D. All punishments will be accompanied by an email explaining what the offender
did, what the punishment entails, and why the decision was reached.
E. Polls may be used to decide if a person will be punished but the punishment
level (non staff) will be as outlined on the home page of the forum - no exceptions
to this rule.
