Nightmare.

Resolutely, I shut off the voices in my head, ignoring their harsh (and true, damnit) words.  Raising my head high, I open the door to the stall where I had been, ok, I admit it, cowering for the better part of the day.  

Well, we can now add coward to the list.

A merciless and humorless smile graces my lips only to fall away as quickly as the stench slaps me in the face.  Without wanting to, I force my eyes up…
